Enclosure Cards. At your request, we will include a gift card message with the shipment of your purchase as well as a transmittal omitting pricing. Sales receipts will be emailed to the purchaser.

Gift Certificates. Gift certificates for products on this website are available through the site. Gift Certificates must be redeemed on www.MyCustomYogaMat.com, or its affiliates toward the purchase of eligible products... Dormtique, may provide Gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift certificates that they purchase. The risk of loss and title for the Gift Certificate pass to the purchaser upon our transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the common carrier, whichever is applicable. Dormtique is not responsible if a Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Processing and Shipping Orders
We process orders as they are received and in the order that they are received. Although we typically ship sooner, we ask that you allow 2 weeks for receipt of your order. We ship via UPS ground. International orders are primarily shipped using USPS however we reserve the right to change the shipping method based on the order size and final destination. Transit times vary based on proximity to Pennsylvania. You can select an expedited shipping method online, or call or email us and we will calculate the cost based on the dimensions of the packaging, the weight of the shipment, the destination and the delivery option chosen. We will make every attempt to accommodate your request and add the additional cost to your order.

Returns
We pride ourselves on our very customer-friendly return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it, or replace it. Because all products are custom made, we cannot offer refunds. To arrange for exchange or replacement of your purchase, simply contact us within 5 days of the date of receipt of your order. If you receive a product that was damaged in transit or is defective, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange to have the defective item(s) picked up and to provide a replacement item at no charge. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed.
